Spick and Span

Brian finished his basement project. He almost finished organizing the basement. He did such a great job. Before you couldn’t see the floor.

I went with the girls and watched the Bachelor Wedding Special on tv. It was a nice bonding session with the gals.

Stake Relief Society Activity Set Up

image

I helped set up for the Relief Society conference tomorrow. Although I still feel so sick. I hope I feel better by the morning. I was given a 10 lb bag of onions and 10 lbs of peppers to chop and satee by the morning. Lucky I gave away the peppers to my friend to do and I can just run the onions in my food processor in the morning. Hope I’m feeling better by then.

Kitty Pajamas

Molly is wearing her new kitty pajamas. They are so cute and cuddly. When we saw them at Costco I had to buy them because they reminded us of her Auntie Shelley- who LOVES cats. (I checked, Shelley and they didn’t have them in your size)

Ever since Molly started teething I think she is teething whenever she has a runny nose or extra cranky. She is almost 13 months and she only has two teeth. I’m not worried but I feeling like she has been crying wolf on teething since her two teeth came in months ago. Last week I was sure she was getting her two front teeth- until I started experiencing all of her symptoms. Turns out we were both run down with an awful cold. I have been out these last few days. I haven’t been this sick in a long time. Today I finally had to get out of the house. I went to the mall and bought a few new items to help Molly and I feel better. Although, we only lasted in the mall for 30 mins.

Molly has also stopped trying walking. I try to stand her up and hold her hands trying to nudge her along and she just tries to sit back down or goes completely limp and screams at me then crawls away. In the second picture she is pushing the corn popper while seated.

Date night

I got these little glasses and mini spoons for christmas ( I bought them for myself). I have been waiting for a chance to take them to a party. I went to a neighbor’s baby shower and made a chocolate cheesecake mouse with an Oreo crust on the bottom topped with coolwhip and a raspberry. I rimed the glass using corn syrup and sprinkles. Next time I ¬†make then I will put the Oreo crust in the middle of the parfait. They were a huge hit. I love these glasses and spoons. They class up a pudding.imageWhile I am on a baking kick, I have had no desire to cook dinner. This is our 4th night going out to eat. We ate at Mimi’s Cafe. Eh it was ok. But Molly LOVES slurping out of a straw. She is pretty good at it too. We are expecting her front teeth to come any day. She is showing all the signs.

Studio 5

Brian was on Studio 5 again today. Can you spot the hidden Mickeys? He is such a natural on camera. I love him.
